Platform steel grating

Platform grating plates are also called platform steel grating plates. Platform steel grating plates are made of flat steel arranged crosswise at a certain spacing and cross bars, and welded into a steel product with a square grid in the middle. They are mainly used for ditch covers, steel structure platform plates, and treads of steel ladders. The cross bars are generally twisted square steel.

Platform grating plates are generally made of carbon steel, with hot-dip galvanizing on the surface, which can prevent oxidation. They can also be made of stainless steel, which has ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, anti-skid, explosion-proof and other properties.

Classification of platform grating plates:

● According to the welding method, it can be divided into: press-welded platform grating plates, interlocked platform grating plates, through-locked platform grating plates and through-welded platform grating plates;

● The shape of the side surface of the load-bearing flat steel can be divided into: flat steel grating, toothed steel grating and "I"-shaped steel grating, etc.

● According to its use, it can be divided into: general-purpose steel grating and special-purpose steel grating such as: trench cover, step plate, etc.

Manufacturing method of platform grating plates:

Press-welded grating plates are made of load-bearing flat steel and cross bars arranged in a certain interval, welded into original plates by 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment, and processed into products required by customers through cutting, opening holes, hemming and other processes.

● Load-bearing flat steel spacing: The center distance between two adjacent load-bearing flat steels is usually 30MM, 40MM and 60MM.

● Cross bar spacing: The center distance between two adjacent cross bars is usually 50MM and 100MM.
