1. Platform steel grating

Platform steel grating is also called platform steel grille plate. Platform grille plate is a kind of steel product with square grids in the middle, which is made of flat steel arranged crosswise at a certain spacing and crossbars, and welded. It is mainly used for ditch covers, steel structure platform plates, steel ladder treads, etc. The crossbars are generally made of twisted square steel.

Platform steel grating is generally made of carbon steel, with hot-dip galvanized surface, which can prevent oxidation. It can also be made of stainless steel, which has ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, anti-slip, explosion-proof and other properties.

2. Classification of platform steel grating:

● According to the welding method, it can be divided into: press-welded platform steel grating, interlocked platform steel grating, lock-through platform steel grating and welded platform steel grating.

● The shape of the side surface of the load-bearing flat steel can be divided into: flat steel grating, toothed steel grating and "I"-shaped steel grating, etc.

● According to its use, it can be divided into: general-purpose steel grating and special-purpose steel grating such as: trench cover, stepping plate, etc.

3. Production method of platform steel grating:

Press-welded steel grating is composed of load-bearing flat steel and crossbar arranged at a certain interval, welded into original plate by 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment, and processed into products required by customers through cutting, opening holes, hemming and other processes.

● Load-bearing flat steel spacing: the center distance between two adjacent load-bearing flat steels, commonly used 30MM, 40MM and 60MM.

● Crossbar spacing: the center distance between two adjacent crossbars is usually 50MM and 100MM. Our company can also customize various types of steel gratings according to customer requirements.
