Production method:

There are two types: machine pressure welding and manual production: machine pressure welding uses a high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine, and the manipulator automatically places the crossbar horizontally on the evenly arranged flat steel. The crossbar is welded into the flat steel through powerful electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, so that the weld point is firm, and the high-quality steel grating with high stability and strength can be obtained. The handmade steel grating is to punch holes on the flat steel first, and then put the crossbar into the hole for spot welding. There will be gaps between the crossbar and the flat steel, but each contact point can be welded to achieve the equivalent melting connection of the flat steel and the twisted steel. Therefore, the welding will be stronger and the strength will be improved, but the appearance is not as beautiful as the pressure welding!
